1. Nothing is available! How do I buy your art?
   — This store opens periodically to keep orders manageable. ♡ Typically, its windows are every 1–2 months, depending on any delays.
   
   
2. When can I expect my order to arrive?
   — Orders are shipped typically within 3 weeks of placing your order. USPS delivery times can vary but on average, US orders take about 2–5 days and international may take more than a week to deliver.
   
   
3. Why does it take so long for my order to be shipped?
   — After the store closes, it can take a few days to a full week for the items to deliver to me. I will typically include a deadline for when I will ship out orders but if the deadline has passed and you haven't received a shipping notification about your order, chances are, I wasn't able to make it to the post office in time and will attempt again within a week.
   
   
4. My order never arrived. What should I do?
   — If it has been more than a month, please contact me via the contact form or through a DM on any of my socials (links above) and provide your name, email address and/or order number.
   
   
5. My order came damaged. What should I do?
   — I'm sorry to hear that. If the artwork is damaged, please contact me through the methods listed above and provide pictures of the artwork and the package it came in. A replacement* may be sent to you for free.
   *Even if you are not looking for a replacement, I would still like to know if this occurs!
   
   
6. I've received the wrong items.
   — Sorry for the mix-up! Please contact me through the methods listed above and I can send you the correct items. Returning the incorrect items is not necessary.
   
   
7. What if I placed more than one order in the same pre-order window?
   — Your order will be combined into one package unless you have specifically requested otherwise or the addresses given do not match up.
   
   
8. How many things can I buy?
   — As much as your robot-loving heart desires! You may buy multiples of one item, you may buy every item. There is no limit as most products are made-to-order! Keep in mind, however, this may raise shipping for you.
   
   
9. How do I pay?
   — You can pay with PayPal or Stripe. Transactions are encrypted and I will not be given any information about your card or bank information.
   
   
10. Where can I follow you / tag you in pics?
    — I am on Instagram, Tumblr, and Twitter. My Instagram has a story highlight where I store pics of past orders shared with me.
    
    
11. Do you take commissions?
    — You can check my status for commissions here!
    
    
    Tracking Information
    
    Orders are sent from Maryland, USA via USPS First-Class Mail. Domestic orders (barring small envelopes sent as letters) will come with tracking. International orders will not come with tracking.
    
    
    Rewards for repeat customers
    
    Repeat customers will receive different goodies than the four J/P art cards I offer to first-time customers. Also for free :) I may offer prototype stickers, new art cards, or exclusive art prints!
