1. When can I expect my order to arrive?
   — Packages are shipped typically within a week of placing your order. USPS delivery times can vary but on average, US orders take about 2–5 days and international may take more than a week to deliver.
   
   You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped. If you have not received one, it is possible I am experiencing delays and will get your order out as soon as possible.
   
   
2. My order never arrived. What should I do?
   — If it has been more than a month after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me via the contact form or through a DM on any of my socials (links above) and provide your name, email address and/or order number.
   
   
3. My order came damaged. What should I do?
   — I'm sorry to hear that. If the artwork is damaged, please contact me through the methods listed above and provide pictures of the artwork and the package it came in. A replacement* may be sent to you for free.
   *Even if you are not looking for a replacement, I would still like to know if this occurs!
   
   
4. I've received the wrong items/my order is missing items.
   — Sorry for the mix-up! Please contact me through the methods listed above and I can send you the correct items for free. Returning the incorrect items/paying for shipping is not necessary.
   
   
5. How do I pay?
   — You can pay with PayPal or Stripe. Transactions are encrypted and I will not be given any information about your card or bank information.
   
   
6. Where can I follow you / tag you in pics?
   — I am on Instagram, Tumblr, and Twitter. My Instagram has a story highlight where I store pics of past orders shared with me.
   
   
7. Do you take commissions?
   — Not at the moment! I may open commissions through Ko-fi or post on social media about taking commissions. My Instagram bio will state if they are open.
   
   
   Tracking Information
   
   Orders are sent from Maryland, USA via USPS First-Class Mail/Ground Advantage. Domestic orders (barring small envelopes sent as letters) will come with tracking. International orders will not come with tracking.
